In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by email on email@example.com by providing the details of the problem and your order reference number (located on the invoice or email confirmation). These should be reported to us by email no later than 7 days upon delivery of the order. If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
Once accepted we will give you all the instructions to return the item(s) to us. Please do not send your item(s) without the RMA number issued by our team.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the product tag must still be intact. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Note that you will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.
